The general meter records all water entering the network. Loss vs Supply = Diferencial ÷ General × 100. This is the standard metric used by water utilities worldwide and the most meaningful figure for benchmarking.
Loss vs Consumption (source formula)
Loss vs Consumption = Diferencial ÷ Total Complejo × 100. This matches the formula used in the community's source spreadsheet and expresses loss relative to metered consumption rather than total supply.
